The Restaurant

Opened in December 2014, Brasserie1 is a new venture from chefs Jamie Clark and Jonathan Raeburn, who draw from their wealth of experience to provide delicious food and an outstanding level of service and professionalism. Formerly the popular Café La Ruinette, the new Brasserie 1 provides excellent options for both lunch and dinner.

The menus draw inspiration from classic French cuisine, well-known flavour combinations and modern influences to produce a first-class dining experience. Brasserie 1 has a comfortable and intimate environment with spectacular views of the Combins and the beautiful Val de Bagnes.
